Customers can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt.

EXCHANGES SPAIN AND ANDORRA

Exchanges within Spain and Andorra are free of charge.

To request an exchange, please carefully package the products you wish to return and contact us at hello@hotdogpets.co to receive the shipping address.It is essential to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition at our store. 

Once we have received the products and verified their condition, we will send the replacement product at no additional cost. If the product being exchanged shows damage that affects its original condition, the exchange will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, you can return the product and place a new order.

RETURNS

The costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, including transportation fees and, for countries outside the European Union, any applicable import duties and taxes in the destination country (Spain). These costs must be paid within 14 days of the product's purchase date.

Once these expenses have been covered and the product has been received at our warehouse in its original condition, we will process the refund of the outstanding balance.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned in its original condition. HotDog Pets is not liable for damages that occur during the return process. If the returned product is damaged or does not meet the original condition requirements, the refund will not be issued.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If any product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@hotdogpets.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include clear photographs showing the condition of the product.

After reviewing the images and confirming the damage, HotDog Pets will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
